Pizza Mezze Kebab

The most disgusting service I have ever encountered; I ordered from Just Eat- it CLEARLY SAID delivery on there, waited 25 mins after it should have been delivered, called up and was told they were collection only. I had to talk to two different people- had no apology nor did they pay me the courtesy of talking to me in a respectful manner. They hung up on me after promising to get the manager, I phoned back and I got who is this after the manager picked up- kept asking me MULTIPLE times who he was speaking to in a very rude way. He was patronising me telling me I had to sort it out with Just Eat, and I had to sort the issue out, even though it is not my restaurant as far as I’m aware and not my job to change the website. He disrespected me so much I couldn’t talk at one point and had to pass the phone to a friend. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I have ordered from here for 2 and a half years. And they’ve lost a customer now. I wouldn’t recommmend this place to my worst enemy. And if there was an option for 0 stars I would.

Food took roughly an hour, the food was fairly cold, opened the bags to find an entire meal (chicken shish, salad and chips) was missing even though I had paid for it. After ringing them to find out where it was they were none the wiser. They agreed to cook it and send out as soon as, another 40 minutes, upon opening they hadn't bothered to put any salad in the Luke warm meal. All in all, terrible.

Ordered off hungry house on 11.06.2016, food came on time. I ordered £30 full house meal, the chips and onion rings was cold when arrived, the chicken doner kebab was very small bit hardly any in the meal same as the shefatli kebab only 2 small ones. rest was mostly lamb doner and chicken wings and lamb and chicken shish. I'm bit disappointed.

Cannot even star this - but had to put 1 star to be able to post. I wouldn't feed it to pigs - deep pan and thin crust the same and burned completely you can drum the pizza edge on the table - the table may break but be sure the pizza wont. Have used the place before and was amazing but tonight waited ages and got this unedible rubbish. The excuses were we are using different cheese and we have automatic ovens. But they never send out burnt pizza - well they obviously need to go to specsavers - such a shame will have to go back to pizza gogo - whom I will add we have never had trouble with but shame they do not do hallumi. Rude manager and woman there - will not be ordering again. Have photo evidence if anyone wants to see it.

Ordered chicken wing £5 MEAL actually said the £5 Chicken wing one to only receive 6 wings no chips no salad to be told 7 mins more for the meal to be complete but the doner was all ready done so would of been extremely cold as it was cold when my wife go it the doner meat my wife received was stiff and cold and the salad looked Brown and dingy won't be eating here again and staff seem rude when addressing it. I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 stars people are employees or family trying to drum up business, steer clear.
