Jack has the best telephone manner and customer service I have ever experienced at Nandos. I called up with to add some sauce to my Deliveroo order and he was truly the best in making sure my requirements were met. Shocked to have experience such a nice interaction. Updating me and being so polite while he was looking for my order. Thank you so much Jack!

Good layout, tidy and accommodating staff. I'll overlook the back of the tomato in my burger as the food was otherwise well prepared & average wait time! Good service.

Ordered and paid on the app a few minutes after arriving. Food arrived 5 minutes later, which was just enough sauce selection time. Ate it under the triple height ceiling space, which seems to eat up the rambunctious shrieks of teenage groups, making for a quieter Nandos experience.

We recently Visited this branch during weekday, tuesday. The first impression by the staff was very nice. We went there with our baby with a buggy. The first thing the staff catered for was a suitable place where the buggy could be parked easily. The staff also offered the baby feeding room if required.
Nandos also offered the military Discount which was very welcoming.
The food arrived promptly and everything was tasty. The staff also made sure how everything was going in between.
The branch had plenty of spaces.
We will be visiting this branch in near future again.

Food was a little slow to come out but was very tasty. New loaded fries went down a treat and always like ordering from the app rather than standing up in the queue like the old days!

Was busy today but the customer service was on point esp the lady at the till seems like the manager there with not the black uniform. Gratitude and courtesy, something that is rear these days..

Thanks so much to the nandos staff who were so kind to me and my kids. I am so sorry for giving u all a hard time. I changed my order and my baby broke a glass. All the staff especially dom were so kind. Me and my 7 year old daughter are very grateful
