Temple Lounge

Have been comping to Temple for years, they’ve definitely improved the infrastructure and modernised the place. They even have TVs showing sports! Shisha is good and the staff are attentive for coal changes etc. They do have a minimum spend per person which can catch you off guard depending on what you’re there to do! Food can be a little greasy sometimes and they occasionally have kitchen issues however the dessert is always great. Great location as not many Shisha places like this nearby.

Temple Lounge is the ideal place for food and relaxing by docklands beautiful views. Serving halal food and a huge range of lebanese and indian dishes. Outdoor heated seating for around 100 people. Close to Canary Wharf Station. An NCP carpark nearby, or there is an Odean Cinema nearby you can park there. A comprehensive menu, plenty of choice and very tasty food. Once you have enjoyed your meal, you can order from a range of Shisha's and chill out. A nice place to relax in the evening and soak up the amazing atmosphere. This will be become a favourite. We’ve been coming here for 8 years and it’s still one of our favourite shisha lounges in London. Surprised at some of the low reviews - we’ve always enjoyed the food and had good service here. Some people seem to have complaints about prices - I think they’re fine for a restaurant in Canary Wharf, but if that’s a concern for you then just ask to see the menu before sitting down.

Temple has always been one of my favourite spots in the whole of London to be honest and because its so under rated and underground l will call it actually l dont think it gets enough props. First situated in one of the best picturesque places ever Canary Wharf you're surrounded by breathtaking tall building encapsulated around what l would refer to as a Marina. If you've ever been to Dubai ld say this location has that similar feel, a world outside of the world ontop of water. Such a lovely place to take a walk,go into Canary Wharf's mall, or check out their restaurants and bars. Temple lounge is Middle Eastern and if you like shisha this is your spot because ideally you can only sit at their restaurant if you're getting Shisha which by the way is fantastic at Temple. They use your good quality shisha flavours Al Fakher and Star Buzz and do cocktails of the flavours to hit your taste buds just right. It is a no alcohol serving restaurant but don't be too alarmed you can bring your own alcohol at a charge. The mixed grills are always a great hit with the meat made so tenderly and succulently and if you're a seafood fan like myself you have to try the Prawn Mixed grill or something along the lines just show them picture below and the meat one that my partner had was the Arabic mixed grill. With the BYO(bring your own) policy you need to spend min of £20 each person and in general to sit and eat at the restaurant as a whole the minimum spend is £12.50 per person. Overall if you're looking for a lovely spot especially in summer you have to experience Temple Lounge!
