Such an amazing team with impressive athletes and top level coaching. All of the classes are really great, from the cardio intensive striking to the wrestling and grappling. My only regret is not joining sooner!

Love this place! The trainers are literally walking encyclopedias, I've learnt so much in the years I've been going, never felt stronger, physically or mentally! Family vibe, cannot recommend enough. LSF is a place for growth, grateful to have found it 🙏🙌

If you want rocky style spit and saw dust proper with real fighters and real trainers this is your gym ,if you want hair straighteners and air conditioned changing room then maybe not...

Great club and team. I mainly train Bjj and all the coaches are high level black. The place could do with a face lift but otherwise is a great place to learn new skills.

One of the best MMA gyms in the country, all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and provide you with all the help you need. Very welcoming to new members, its a great environment to train in.

Great old school style gym. Everyone there is respectful of one another and the quality of training is of a high (and affordable) standard. Great for kids too as my 9 year old is able to do MMA training with kids of a similar age as well.

Highly recommend this gym. My favourite has to be the boxing classes, a good balance of technique and conditioning. Harry, The boxing coach, is very experienced and happy to help, offering pointers whether it's your first day in the gym or you are a regular.

Great gym with great coaches! Have mainly been doing the boxing classes, and can honestly say Harry’s classes are top notch. A blend of conditioning, drills, technique, along with constant individual tips to help you improve! 10/10

Great first lesson. Harry is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes boxing. I have been going boxing for a few months and knew that there were some gaps. Harry helped me identify my weaknesses and created a workout schedule to strengthen my technical abilities. Really looking forward to the next class!

Amazing gym to be in, started training here for weight loss a few months back, the boxing coaches are excellent and push you to your limits and always make sure you aren’t slacking, one focuses on fundamentals such as jabs and footwork/conditioning while the other focuses on combinations and conditioning allowing variation to the training. Sparring is also amazing and the coach is always giving constructive criticism on how to get better.
