Nando's Westfield London

As this was one of busier and larger Nandos we've visited, expect a queue and longer turnaround time for your food after ordering during busy periods - we went during dinner time and it was hectic. Food was hot and fresh upon arrival and service was friendly and attentive throughout, but I would recommend going during more quiet periods if you're in Westfield that day.

I’m the blind lady who came in with my friend after shopping honestly as someone who has frequented Michelin star restaurants you hands down gave me thee greatest service of all time I think he was the manager or the manager that day Monday 31st July we stayed until closing the experience you gave me as a blind person took my breath away you treated me and asked how I’d like to be guided thru the place insisted on seating me where my friend could easily reach things for me nothing was too much trouble for you even was willing to read the menu and check food allergies etc and checked I was ok during and after and was so attentive and just amazing I felt seen heard and human whomever you are Nando’s should actually have you train the staff in all branches on how to serve blind severely sight impaired and visually impaired customers

1st/09/2023. Wow what can I say, except how happy I was with the service the host Charlie provided, he was very attentive, professional, polite and kind. At such a busy time like 3.30pm in the afternoon where it's so busy and everyone rushing, I was amazed to witnesss Charlie very poised and still provided a great service. Thank you so much Charlie, keep up the great work💯👏😍

The cashier Federal was very nice and focused to help me with all my needs... The manager Abdul jumped to us to say hello and help us with some questions that I have. The service was very fast, and I ordered 2 Sagres to wait for my food and they were very cold. My pery chips delicious and the atmosphere perfect with nice music. LOVE NANDOS ❤️ I play a take away order. The cashier Federal was very nice and focused to help me with all my needs... The food was great on my first outing in the week of double chillies. It was nice meeting Ronnie who was so helpful to talk to, regarding food on the menu which could have more Portuguese dishes including beef picado (my favourite). He said thank you for the great feedback and he’d pass it on. Also I was in the toilet and there were no tissue in either cubicle so I asked him and he got some for me. Majority of the staff working there are nice warm and friendly. The food was great unlike an experience I had at another branch. I come here usually, if not here then the one on Uxbridge Road. This one is bigger though. One problem: the drinks machines or ice dispensers don’t always work so I hope they maintain them better. Apart from that great. Used an orange chilli, so paid only £10 for drinks and chips

We're South Africans at the tail end of a long holiday through Europe, so finding a Nando's in the heart of London was quite a treat. All the surrounding eateries had loads of space while Nando's had a queue out the door. Almost unsurprisingly, some of the menu items were out of stock, but there were enough options to put together a good meal. Almost as good as the Nando's at home 😉.
