Overall, the place looked quite dirty, with stains on walls, doors, and door handles. The toilets were dirty, full stop and need deep cleaning. Underneath the coffee machine counter there was a lot of dirt and the floors looked dirty as well.

A useful stop on route (outside ULEZ perimeter, as of January 2023!) In which to use my Prét à Manger monthly coffee subscription..!
And, all the better when the loading bay outside is free for a quick parking stop!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming at this store. Service is relatively fast and the coffee is good. There are many different options to choose from in terms of syrups, types of coffee, and smoothies.

Very busy place so seats not available at lunchtime on the ground floor. There is seating available on the first floor but quite a few steps and difficult for people with disabilities or parents with pushchairs etc. Service was ok, need a bigger area for sales and collection.

Coffee subscription for 20 quid a month, up to 5 coffees a day. What a cracking deal for coffee lovers. Honestly I occasionally go to Pret but now I go often due to this offer. Food is always fresh as you all know. Coffee is no worse then Starbucks and Costa but it doesn't stand out either. However I would recommend the smoothies which are included in the subscription! They are made with fresh fruits!! Yum~

Very spacious and clean inside, with a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks! Very glad to be back at Pret! 50% off everything Monday-Wednesdays makes it very well priced and the 99p iced coffee is a perfect addition! Great place to have lunch with family and friends with plenty of seats inside. Tables are regularly sanitised by staff too, very impressed

Sadly my usual ginger shots have run out by 1:30pm lunch time. This branch gets very busy and queues can almost get as long as the door. But the food is fresh, tasty, yummy soups and great customer service.

Great place to relax between shopping or stop for lunch for a coffee or bite to eat. The recent addition of vegan food seems enticing and the option of Rice-Coconut Milk makes for an amazing Dairy Free Latte or Mocha. I can testify both are palatable and rich.
