Staff working very hard to get food prepped quickly and keep customers in the right areas to order and wait, but lobby is a bit small for proper social distancing. Staff still careful to be welcoming and ensure orders are correct before customers leave.

Decent. Went in for a quick bite after the transport museum. Food was fresh and tasty. Only 2 tables and a bar with one stool available (due to covid I imagine).
It's clearly a McDonald's built for takeaway orders mainly. Staff were all helpful and friendly

Wee bit confusion on waiting to order food as no one was really queuing. The machine was spot on and the service was speedy. However, it lack sitting area.

I have always loved McDonald's breakfast. Definitely hit the spot for me. Went for the double sausage and egg mc muffin with an extra sausage. Went for the white coffee which is very affordable at 99p.

For some reason I like this particular McDonald's. Perhaps it's the area.
It is, nonetheless, a McDonald's. It's a cheap and cheerful American fast food joint. The four stars reflect how cheap and quick it is, together with the fact that you can also pick up a donut, ice-cream or a coffee. It is handy but it's not a top notch restaurant and you should not expect a top notch restaurant experience.... Because it's McDonald's!
This Micky D's, in St Martin's Lane, is strangely nice though. Clean, simple, and of course self service displays available.

Hard working staff and good location.
The disadvantage is that you not bringing vouchers for local businesses that our staff staff can use it as it was before. We could have more vouchers please for local businesses.

Good food and good service. The place is rather small and is pretty crowded . You can only order from the machines and not at the front and then you wait for your food, it takes a while for your food to arrive even because there is usually only two workers at the front.

Rarely I get what I order. "Customizing" a burger is a waste of time, chances are you get the regular one. Most of the time there is an item or two missing. Ordering machines never have paper. Despite all above the service is fast and they will correct any issue if you spot it

It is great for a quick bite on the go! You can stop in any time as it is open 24hrs a day!! The food is really nice and is always served quickly!! You can sit in or take away it doesn't matter! You can also order whattever you want and can customise it to your liking!!
Overall i would definetly stop here if you are passing by!!

Sometimes head here for breakfast on the way to work as it's quieter than most and the food is made to order so always hot. Self serve terminals take too long and no where to sit as it's takeaway only. Service is usually quick as it's pretty quiet in the mornings.
