Friendly staff. The food is fantastic and fast to be served. A shout-out to Jayana because her costume service skills are excellent. She answered professionally the enquiries I had regarding the chicken I was having while ordering. Thank you Jayana for making my experience at Nandos amazing.

Chicken was lovely as always, but the mash was cold. Extremely busy long waiting times and busy shared tables but the staff were nice about it and the wait was worth it for the food in my opinion

Although it's not consistent but food quality most of the times is very good. Portion sizes are good too except for the kids meal. Nice atmosphere for the family however, they have some capacity issues to which they try to compensate with sitting arrangements in the basement which is fine but the air conditioning is a bit on a colder side downstairs. In terms of service, I'd suggest to hire more servers as it's really difficult to find someone as soon as people start coming in. Overall a nice family place esp. for Halal food with a good value for money.

Delicious food and excellent service.
My chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and browned on the outside, moist and soft inside. Salads fresh and tasty, botomless soft drinks...
4 stars for atmosphere: it was a bit too noisy, but that came from other costumers, not employees.

Have been to many different nandos in west London and by far this nandos has had the best food and service- the liver made by the chef Dharaven was amazing!! The manager was great. Wish every Nandos would learn to make liver as tasty as she cooks

It’s a great stop for a delicious family dinner or lunch. They have a wide variety of chicken products. The place also good for kids. There are many different types of kids menu. The vagabond and vegetarian menu options are also available in the menu. The car parking a bit hard on that location but if you are a local this is a great option for you and your friends

Tonight at Nando's Kensington, we had an absolutely lovely dining experience. Good food & their fantastic service impressed us from the moment we walked in until the end of our meal. It was because their attentive staff made us feel valued throughout, and we extend special thanks to the staff for accommodating our special request. We will definitely return to this store!

The food was really good for the price. The service was pretty good but not excellent. The atmosphere left something to desire. No view. A few dirty tables left for too long, etc.
