Haidilao Hot Pot

I’m a regular at HDL o2 and every single time it has been fantastic - food, ambience and most of all, the service. Especially when served by the staff Sophia there - she is a superb hostess with the most attentive, friendly and warm service - and the best part is that she gives us space to enjoy our company and food without being overbearing. A bonus is also helping me make her tasty signature sauce! Sophia is definitely great asset to the company and I will almost try to book for when she’s around. Overall, we were looked after really well despite being a large party of 8 and the quality of food is brilliant. The manager, Sunny is also very helpful - she was able to help me book in advance so this evening was stress-free, streamlined and a memorable one. Thank you HDL o2 again for a great meal of any occasion. Definitely recommend to anyone considering!

Omg we had an absolute blast of a dinner here. Definitely the best hot pot in London. The food was delicious, service so attentive but not overpowering and the atmosphere was so authentic. Huge thank you ro Sofia, our lovely waitress, who was amazing the whole evening. She recommended the amount to take and brought us some mixed up sauce of her choice. Try special Sofia sauce- it's so delicious! Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Haidilao Hotpot in the O2 London, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly and guided us through the hotpot process, making sure we felt comfortable and well-informed. The selection of ingredients was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood to choose from. Everything was impeccably fresh, and the quality truly shone through in every bite. What truly sets Haidilao apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They provided us with a range of dipping sauces and condiments, allowing us to customize our flavors to perfection. Plus, the attentive staff was always ready to assist, ensuring our broth stayed flavorful and at the right temperature throughout our meal. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it an ideal place for gatherings with friends and family. It's not just a meal; it's an experience. Overall, Haidilao Hotpot at the O2 London is a five-star dining destination. Great food and service !! Waiter was incredibly friendly and regularly came by to top up drinks and ask if we needed anything. Was a party of 2 and ordered 1/4 soup each and 2/4 of just water, to make our own soup using sauce bar (recommended by waiter). The food came in god portions compared to other places and that made it worth the price. Everything was very tasty and the waiter had many good recommendations. Also got an item for free, which was a nice surprise ! They have a set up and song for birthdays too. They do a 12% service charge, absolutely deserved for the great service ! 10/10 for the whole experience ! Remember to book in advance !

Me and my partner visited Haidilao in Greenwich on the 28th of July and had the most AMAZING time! It was our first hot pot experience and we told this to Sofia, our hostess, who jumped at the opportunity to give us the best first time! She walked us through the menu, told us her recommendations and gave us an overview of the hot pot experience. She then took the time to make us her own ‘Sofia dipping sauce’ which we wish we could bottle and take home! She also made us a bowl of toppings she suggested would be good with the tomato soup base and a sugar mix to dip various vegetables and noodles in (these are all on the picture and did not cost extra)! Sofia took amazing care of us and even gave us a Haidilao gift bag to take away with us! If we weren’t going to come back because of the amazing food, we would come back to see Sofia! 

I've never done hot pot before and this is a great way to start. The service from Sofia was just a next level, she made my day so enjoyable and relaxing. I'd recommend ordering less food than you think you want, the portions look smaller on the menu than they are, we left there completely stuffed. But overall I definitely do recommend this place for the experience.

Great authentic hotpot, but be prepared for the hefty price tag. The queue was quicker than expected! It's a great place to dine with friends and families but it's not a buffet, so you should order with your budget (if you have one) in mind. The ingredients are varied and very fresh, with tasty soups - you can choose between one, two and four grids. The sauce bar is free and the plum juice is a refill drink. All in all super satisfied and full! Will visit again in the future.
