I love this place and I really like the fresh sandwiches and the coffee is good and the service is good. I have been visiting here for the last year and two of the staff are always so friendly. I think it is Kate and I think it is Jakson ( best staff) , they are so friendly ( the other staff are good too) And make me feel welcome thank you

Subscription is a good thing, however the quality of the drinks varies on baristas and how busy they are. Food, quick snacks and easy meals are ok. Good enough to pick from. Service… apart from a tall, blond girl with long hair and her massive attitude everyone seems nice, helpful, polite, smiling. Miss Unhappy always puts me off by her rude stamina and “I could not care less” body language (eye roll is the best) and since she made my tea without washing her hands when changing bins, I also doubt her H&S ability. I am aware that they are located in a busy corner of Hackney but place seems to be clean or tide up as soon as someone spots the mess. Good size Pret with a lot of sitting options where you can comfortably work or catch up with friends.

I ordered my soya wet latte today, After picked up my coffee spilled on the floor, soon as I back to café explained to staff her name was Aleysa, ( very polite black lady ) she made another coffee for me without asking anything. I might spelt her name wrong, but she was smiling, helpful and caring lady. Thanks again,

Dalston, Kingsland Branch. Staff are just brilliant, incredibly hard working and super friendly . Mr Ahmed is just amazing as is one of the managers Lorenzo? he seems to run a very busy coffee shop efficiently and always has time for customers. Thank you Lorenzo for agreeing a selfie . One recommendation would be having permanent security, it’s Dalston.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! They managing the shop smoothly and there is pleasant atmosphere despite of big amount of rude customers! I’m not sure how they keep their smile on and standards. I was shocked how someone can complain and treat a person about simple coffee without the reason. Well done team in Dalston! I wish your shop was in my area and you would definitely be appreciated for your fantastic work! Coffee delivered to the table if I come after work. Morning normal and polite queue. Thank you.

Pret was a "Vegan heaven" today with all its organics selection of oat, soya, berista, coconut, dairy free milk to dye for (shame I did not see 007 in there ...next time maybe). I had caramel barista decaf..A great choice. They are calling it oat latte but barista is actually a blend of oat and soya milk alternative, very delicious. The superb thing about PRET is that you don't have to pay extra for a non dairy milk like in most of the others coffee shops (I don't want to mention any competitors here🤪)and all you drink is organic (a big bonus for sure... less pesticides and herbicides ..I mean less chemicals in your body it is always helpful....
