Riva Restaurant

We had a great night for my daughters 18th. Right from the start everything was so easy. Louise answered any email queries straight away. James the manager was brilliant, so helpful both times we came to view and with helping us to set up our own music, which was so easy. The bouncers were outstanding, I have never met such polite and fun security before and they all even helped when a lost old lady wandered in and took great care of her. Thank you to you all, a great party and amazing service.

I've been in the Promotions game for over 10 years. I've met the worst of the worst when it comes to venue managers. But I am very grateful to be working with the managers (James & Louise) at Riva. Communication is excellent. Any problems we have on the night are smoothly worked out. My guests love the venue, and it's staff. The security are so cool you can catch jokes with them. Overall, I have zero complaints. As a black promoter I have come across microaggression when I tell venues that I want to play Bashment or Hip Hop. I've had none of those issues at Riva. It's a venue in Catford, they get, understand & are a part of the wider community. You can play bashment, reggaeton, soca as long as you adhere to their dress code policy, age policy, keep your word, & treat everyone with the respect you require, you'll 1000% find that this venue is the one to hire. If not, then like any other venue, anywhere. You're not going to get on. Think of it as an echo. You get what you give.

Everything about this place is perfect. They're only just starting as a restaurant as a rework around the pandemic. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The owners and their staff are so great, really attentive service. 110% recommend you try this place! I'll be back for the Sunday roast this weekend 😉 Cheers Mark, Morris & others!
