Food was good, staff was great. Resolved issue very well and will definitely visit again :) Edit: it’s been 2 years since the incident, the manager at the time had kindly offered me free food and drink whenever I visit next as a reimbursement for the previous incident - and they kept their promise! :)

This is a pretty good fast food style Japanese noodle place. On our way to the airport to catch our flight, we popped by here for a quick lunch and it was pretty good. Prices are slightly on the high side for a fast food style joint, but it is quite good, quick and easy. You order from a screen at the start of the line and pick out any additional sides, drinks, snacks and dessert as you wish - then you get to the cashier to pay. You will get a receipt with your order number, sit and wait for it to be called and enjoy your meal! It really is that simple! Update: Just visited again, and the staff members are really really nice! I ordered a tonkotsu ramen for my nephews and it came with some chilli oil - when I told them it was too spicy for the kids, they remade it without the chilli oil again. This was a real life-saver and needless to say, my nephews and I really enjoyed the food and our visit. Definitely coming back and eating here again!

Authentic Japanese station eatery with counter seats. Very nice udon, crispy tempura, and other things in the menu tastes just like what you'd find in a decent restaurant in Tokyo. Takeaway onigiri and inari are also good, offering much variety. In the picture is gyudon beef bowl, with extra brown egg, and laksa udon. Usually not the biggest fan of fusion but the laksa soup base goes well with their udon, and using chikuwa as one of the ingredients worked well.

Sucha lovely and wholesome place at St Pancras station. You can order food at kiosk - take your tray- pick up sides - go to the billing counter and you will have your food ready to be billed. Yeah, the service is that quick. Perfect! It takes me more time to get a coffee than the whole meal bowl 😬 Food is really filling and delishhh. Perfect portion. Exactly what I wanted for a dinner after a tiring trip.

Had a fabulous spot of lunch. The food was quite quick to arrive once ordered and all freshly made. A great selection of options available, certainly something for everyone in terms of choice. Plenty of nibbles from a hot counter to tease you on the way to the till to pay for your order. As for a venue in the heart of St Pancras I was surprised to see such a nice blend of locals and those of us who are not native. Plenty of seating available. Only downside there are so dirty plates and trays that need to be cleared more quickly. Overall a great experience for lunch with colleagues, thanks 😊
