Good food but disappointing lack of seafood in my seafood pasta, given it cost £24 (see photo). The pizza and burrata starter were both decent. The waitress was exemplary, allowing me to change my drink order a few mins later with no fuss, and recommending us a different location in the building with wider dessert options. The Eataly complex has a few restaurants, a cafe, quite an extensive Italian cooking shop with lots of wine, and even a cooking classroom. Different atmosphere to your usual restaurant in the City.

Review for the restaurant: 'pizza e pasta' I was a bit skeptical after reading the bad reviews, but wow! This place is legit. (Other than the long wait and the London price) We went on a Thursday evening and the restaurant seemed full from when we went in to got out. We did immediately got seated at the bar table tho, and that was actually great as you can watch the making of pizzas from scratch from those seats. As a Neapolitan pizza lover who actually been to Naples and had 7 pizzas in a week, pizzas seemed yummy. We witnessed at least 200 pizzas came out during our mealtime and really regretted not to order at least a small pizza for a starter. My bf ordered rump steak and I had pasta with an extra burrata on the side. -Rump steak was good, nice cheese and everything. -Burrata was okay. It's not the freshest and you can taste it, but it's not a bad burrata either. -Pasta was delicious. So yeah the food here is actually really good, and the wait for the food although was very long, being able to watch the pizza making process was entertaining. Our total bill was £61, thats the price for 2 mains and a side.

Had the tiramisu and pistachio financier. Tiramisu was just okay; didn’t have an intense flavor/aroma; it was mild with the coffee, and no alcohol taste. The financier was just okay, but the pistachio-flavor cream on top was quite nice. We also had cappuccino. they were okay. It’s a good place to stop by if you just get off the train.

This was my first time in Eataly.. Food was excellent, every single thing I’ve tasted is one of the best in London. Pasta, pizza simply great and gelato, tiramisu no word to describe totally amazing. Wood oven and pizza can never go wrong. Even the Coke is made in Italy and it tastes soo good must try. Coffees are great aswell. Try affagato, Italian gelato meets Italian coffee and result is superb. But, Eataly has some issues I’ve to tell. First of all, staff is amazing. Everybody is super friendly and doing their best but I think restaurant part is missing some waiters. Guys running everywhere but can’t reach everybody on time, that place definitely needs more waiters. Other than that place is too noisy, this food deserves a much better place.. Restaurant part is too small and looks a bit unplanned. Food is truly amazing hope everything will be amazing aswell in time. We really enjoyed our dining experience in the pizza&pasta rest. With a better ambience I’m sure many people wont make issue about pricing too. Last but not least, market part is great too. Bought pastas and sauces all from Italy, great stuff. Thanks for everything.

First visit and my experience was not great. I came with recommendation and great expectations, but I left disappointed. I would give a 5 stars to the market and 3 star to the restaurant in the ground floor. The shop has really all authentic Italian product that you can imagine. I have not seen that variety even in supermarkets in Italy. 15000 bottles of wines, hundred types of cheeses and food from every corner of Italy. For example, you can find a full shelf of Pistachio and Almond biscuits and spread from Sicily. You have 3 dining options. Two served restaurants in the first floor and a more self service one on the ground floor. Prices of pasta are not very different between them but the ones in the top have more options. We went with friends for the ground floor restaurant and ordered octopus gnocchi, pasta Bolognese’s and a focaccia. You get a buzzer to indicate that your food is ready to collect. The first problem I had was my buzzer never called and all my friends got food even if they order after. I went to complain and seemed that the order was lost or something so they prepared in rush “my food”. Then they gave the wrong quantities so I had to wait again for the missing dish so fast food became really slow. The Octopus gnocchi as disappointing, no much octopus and little bland specially considering that I paid £18 for the dish. The focaccia was great. Maybe I was unlucky but for would not recommend dining in here, at least on the ground floor. There are plenty of very good Italian restaurant’s options around London.

This review is for two visits. First time - lunchtime - pasta carbonara was delicious. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Second time - early dinner - everything was rather average. Not bad, just not great. Staff was nice and helpful both times.

Been a while since I have been back to Eataly, the place has not changed. This time around I had lunch with friends at Terra. We sat near the window with the sun shining down on us. We ordered a number of items from the bread starters to the main courses. Each were delicious in their own right. The service and atmosphere was fantastic. Would certainly recommend.

Aperol Spritz Terrace: Great quality food! However I didn’t find it flavourful and there was a long black hair in my salad (but waiter took the charge off bill, good service). Was fun and beautiful. Would come back for the pizzas, they looked great.
