I come here this morning with my dog as he loves a Greggs sausage roll. The staff are just amazing honestly what lovely staff you honestly have. The lady working and the young boy went above and beyond for us! Please thank them both from us and wish them a merry Christmas and a happy new year from myself & Zeus x

Great omelette and coffee this morning. I was served by Shelley-(I think was her name) Manager it said 12th Oct 22. Anyway amongst the best customer service I have experienced.

I would just like to Say what a great experience I had here at Greggs, the staff are really caring and friendly and I would also like to say Thank you to the manager Moniica Galletto for going above and beyond in her managerial role.

The staff are friendly and the food is good. Only downside is that the store opening times are inconsistent. The window advertises 06:30 opening but it can be quite hit and miss and quite often I’ll go by hoping to get some breakfast but can’t as they are still closed.

Always go for a tuna baguette. But now all i see is tuna crunch. Please bring back the tuna salad baguette. But honestly the fresh sandwiches amd hot food is always so nice. Been to many over these past 8 months as a delivery guy.dont know why but i always seem to get grumpy staff. But i make themmhave a smile by the time i leave.

Covent Garden greggs gave me a pork sausage roll that I couldn’t eat due to dietary needs and this greggs so kindly allowed me to swap it for a vegan one. Thank you! Such nice people

Clean and tidy. Busy area but service was quick and friendly would recommend and definitely visit again. Food was fresh and hot

Lovely food as always. Fantastic customer service. Usually I go there often during lunch time. Never fails to disappoint even during very busy times. Very hard working staff.
