Food was decent. Service was not attentive. However it was one of the cleaner IHOP I have been to.

Big steak omelet and protein pancakes with blueberries are my go-to! They are well done, with fresh ingredients. I like the service in this location! The people working there are friendly and attentive. Very recommended!

Great service and the food was very good. Only downside would be that it's a little expensive but that's something we expect in DTLA. Would recommend for breakfast.

My waiter of choice is Gabriel. He always has my food order in fast and knows what good customer service is all about. When he is working, everything is good to go.

The girl who helped me late night when I went there to order take out was so awesome. She really broke the mold lately and was a nice breathe of fresh air. No judgements, really kind and friendly, and extremely patient. Good was awesome. It was about 12am -1am. Somewhere around there so the restaurant was dead but it was very clean. Overall I would order from here again.

Had a late night dinner after watching a movie. Late nights at IHOP are always the best. This was the first time I visited this particular location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and flavorful. There was a situation with a homeless person while we were there, but the staff held their composure and dealt with it professionally. I would visit here again!

Decent pancake meals as expected with affordable price.
Little bit undet-staffed with only 2 servers on entire place in morning.

It was my first time at IHOP and I literally wanted to eat everything on the menu. I ended up choosing southwest chicken burrito bowl with a side of 2 buttermilk pancakes and it was a lot of food!!!! I really liked it though because it was delicious and warm. I also had their decaf and it was good. Would totally recommend eating here. The only thing was that we had to wait for 15-20 minutes before sitting. I guess it is a sign of popularity. It was worth the money!
