This is the most moist salmon I've ever had. Salmon is usually cooked too dry. I ordered it cooked medium well and it was perfect. The chicken kabob was also moist. Natural oak wood grill makes the food taste exceptional. The humus is made from scratch and the herbal rice is excellent.

Brussel sprouts and chipotle chicken panini are a weekly staple for me… great place. Little pricey but the food won’t disappoint.

The food is delicious! My favorite is the chicken kabob with a side of baked eggplant; so good! Never disappointed when we eat there. The herb rice is another good side to have with a kabob. And always a side of tzatziki sauce!

Chicken kabob was tasty with good flavor. I ordered rice and taboleh and a drink and the cost was about $26 which I thought is very high.
They also have a dessert section with absolutely marvelous selections of tasty treats created by either a pastry chef or someone who has lots of experience creating these masterpieces. I had the hazelnut and chocolate mousse along with a coconut lime maccaron and both were delicious. It’s worth going there just for the desserts.
They also have a mini Coke Freestyle machine with lots of choices for drinks, which I like. I look forward to a return visit.

Food quality speaks itself. I wonder if they serve halal chicken in all their locations. If they do then their business will be doubled. Shiraz owners should really think about it. Free business development idea here!
