Diorio's Pizza

DiOrio's has become our favorite place to eat. Papa John's pizza is never cooked enough so it has lost its hold on us. Over the last 3 years of eating at DiOrio's they have delivered irresistible food to the table. I love their Gaetano French bread pizza. Once in a while they may overcook their food. Only real complaint: The restrooms are a bit rough. The soap dispenser shoots out awkwardly and is likely to land on your shirt in the upper chest area depending on your height.

I've eaten at DiOrio's several times and always enjoyed the food and service. They sell made to order large pizza slices with ingredients you select - slice is adequate size and made fresh and delicious. Often, I order the hot brown pizza slice; it's a wonderful taste twist on a Louisville tradition - the Hot Brown. Tonight, I ordered the lasagna with salad and garlic toast, and I can tell you I will be ordering it again - very soon! The lasagna was mouth watering and exceptionally tasty with a perfect balance of ingredients for my preference. My friend ordered the same and was also impressed by the quality and taste. Every time I've been there many others are there and seeming to also enjoy the delicious food and friendly service ...and if you need to keep up with a sports event, tvs are on the walls and above the bar. DiOrio's is a Louisville area casual dining treasure!

In town for work. So this was a first for us. Wonderful! Cheesy cheesy cheesy!!! Little Vic’s spicy was definitely spicy. But not in a bad way. Our waitress was very friendly. She messed our order up (just the size so not even a big deal), and ended up giving us a whole pizza for free. Service was wonderful as the pizza was tasty. The only issue (again not a huge deal) was the parking lot is tiny. We couldn’t find a spot so went and did errands and came back. Definitely glad we did.
