Papa John's Pizza

Im from out of town so i didnt know what to expect from anywhere in this town. I came in and ordered a small order of thier cheese sticks. I asked the man if he could add pepperoni to them he kindly said he could not. I kindly understood because i know this is thier policy but i figure why not ask always, maybe someone will say yes someday. They used to all the time. But anyway. Its ok I do still like the cheesesticks just as much anyway. But the pepperoni make them much better. Onto to the nitty gritty I must say this is hands down the best Papa Johns location. I've ever been to.The nice guys working there were awesome and they really go the extra mile to take very good care of your orders. And will make each item as you wish so that it tastes just right. They truly do. They make my cheese sticks out of this world. Thanks guys. They were quite delicious. And perfect. Just the way I like them.

One of the most unexpected or even thought of as.... Quick, efficient delivery pick ups and a double order for DOORDASH customer pick ups that come to mind. I hadn't realized this until starting this review. THAT should explain this short, to the point and straight as is possible commentaries. Which in turn should be observed by the lack of a more descriptive review, as you can see. 5 stars.

I'm changing my 1 star rating to a five-star because of one reason oh, the young lady that went out of her way to bring me my order after she already clocked out. Previous to that I waited three and a half hours for an order and was being lied to you on the phone continuously every 30 minutes about when it was supposed to arrive. So Papa John's, please see to it that whoever the young lady that was working on this shift at 11 at night went out of her way to make sure I received my order does not go unrecognized. I did not get her name but she was very friendly and professional the whole time during my frustration.

My initial order ended up being left on another customer's front porch instead of mine. I called the store to inquire on my order and I was told that the driver called my cell phone and knocked on my door. Clearly the driver made a mistake and contacted another customer as I sat on my couch, next to my door with my phone by my side and never received a call or a knock on my door. Once I spoke with the associate that corrected my order, I was very relieved and impressed with his level of customer service. He apologized for the error, contacted the driver and kept me updated every step. He offered to remake a new pizza and would send out the next available driver. I received my order at exactly 40 minutes as promised and had no errors. Literally the minute my pizza was delivered, the same associate made a follow-up call to make sure I had received my order and offered a 15% discount to be applied to a future order. He apologized again and was very professional and empathetic. How that associate handled the situation made all the difference in the world. I understand mistakes happen with deliveries, but his exceptional customer service resulted in a very happy customer.
