Sabor Latino

First time visiting (call in order for lunch) Saber Latino. Never heard of it until a coworker suggested we try it. Let's just say....local restaurants in Louisville, KY are top notch, and Sabor Latino did NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! Food was hot, fresh and delicious 😋 Your staff was friendly and accommodating with our three different call in orders. Thank you. We will be back.

Small place, had cool latin music videos to watch while you wait for your food. I ordered ropa vieja and the cuban sandwich. Both were good, but 4 stars because the ingredients didnt taste fresh ( tasted like canned veggies in the ropa vieja). I should have ordered the paella instead (thats was the special of the day) but i noticed it too late. Good place though.

Tasty food but unfortunately portions are too small. $30 for 2 lunch boxes of skirt steak with congri rice and for me both looks like appetizers boxes. Anyway flavor was wonderful but not every day you can afford that amount of money in lunch especially if the portions are not enough to satisfy your cravings. Also finding parking was a challenge. If can they offer accessible parking and give more food for the price, I’ll definitely give them a 5 starts without any doubt. Don’t get me wrong, i use to support all Latino Restaurants in the States because is prt of my culture. My previous post is in comparison with other restaurant offerings the same kind of food. I paid extra for Congri Rice and also left Tip expecting to receive nice big portion of food like other places. For my wife was enough, for me because i use to eat more wasn’t. However if i have the opportunity to visit you guys i will. ÉXITO!!!!

I love this place. The owner is one of the coolest person you will ever meet. He is down to earth just like his food. I have never looked at a menu. I always say fix me something good. He has not let me down yet. We are in a bit of a scare and it is hurting our restraunts and small business's. Let's try to help them out by going here first so they will be there later when you want more of there yummy food. Handicapp accessable. Very friendly conversation as well. Enjoy people and remember 6' fro. Strangers. Be safe

Just how my Abuela makes it! No frills dining, just some good ole’ authentic Cuban home cooking. The place is definitely a hole in the wall, but honestly couldn’t care less with how good the food was. The ropa vieja and the plantains were cooked perfectly. The owner was a delight as well. We’ll be back!
