I am in this store at least 2 times a month and i have never had a bad experience. I am always greeted with friendly and polite employees. I have never had an issue with a sandwich. And i appreciate everything those workers are doing is this crazy time!

I went to this location at approximately 8:30. Two young very respectful men were waiting for me when I came in. They guessed what I wanted on first try. They really are sandwich artists! I really appreciate this location and the employees! 👍

This Subway is always a pleasure to come to. Employees are very friendly! The service is quick and food is always delicious! Appreciate healthy fast food. The new protein bowls are good and filling, and a perfect option for those who are gluten free and can’t do the sandwiches.

I started going to this Subway recently after some bad experiences at the Middleton location, and I am extremely pleased! You can tell these people care about getting your sandwich done right and giving you good service, and they aren't miserable and unhappy to have you giving them business like the other location. It's definitely worth driving a couple extra miles to avoid the horrors of 12422 Shelbyville Rd.
