Subway

Went to the Subway in the Walmart on Greenbelt Hwy. I was so impressed with the employee they waited on me. He was doing several things at one time and never missed a beat. He knew exactly what he was doing. Got everyone’s order exactly right. I wish I had gotten his name so he can get the recognition he deserves.

I was not in Subway today. I was in Walmart. There is a Subway in this Walmart. I did not go into the Subway today. I have been in it before and it was great every time, unlike this app telling me I was 8n places I did not go to that were maybe across the street or even down the street from where I was. Sometimes places I was nowhere near or maybe just drove past. I get asked to rate places on the corner of a street where I had to stop for a traffic light. And when I click "was not here" or "dismiss stop" it never goes away, it still keeps popping up. About to stop with notifications and helping Google Maps with ratings, etc. because of this.

Yummy yummy yummy. Fresh vegetables, fresh meats, and most importantly fresh bread. Plus the fountain drink was perfectly mixed. This Subway is how all Subways should operate. Additionally, the staff of young people they have working for them was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike some places where the young kids don't seem to care.

Giving a 4 star from overall years I have been coming to this location. The food is normally great, but there is a huge turn over on employees I've seen a few that have been here for years, while others are a month or two, which sucks for the customers since most of the newbie employees act like they have necer even made a sandwich or been to a Subway in their life. I'm not 100% sure if the large turn over is due to just Training new Subway employees to move to other locations, kids in highschool that graduate and need a fast job until moving on with life or if the Owners are just rough to work for. But still overall I have had a great experience here and have tried literally almost everything, I have not tried the Buffalo stuff because I don't like a lot of heat. But I'm sure it is good as I see lots of people order it.

In typical Subway fashion, food was made right or there's only so much you can say about Subway. It's Subway after all. So then it comes down to the employees and cleanliness of the place. I'll start with the employees who were courteous and acted with a sense of urgency to get me waited on and checked out. They also let me know that I had a discount coming because of what I bought. So give the employees five stars. Cleanliness of the place. I'll give it 4 stars. The drink area had some clutter and could have been cleaned up and the garbage need to be emptied. A customer took it upon themselves to dump their garbage in a little drink holder right by the cash register. The employees caught that, but apparently had been sitting there awhile, because several people had followed that pattern and so did I. That's when the employee realize that someone had turned into a garbage can. The food was good in Subway fashion, but it is inside of a Walmart and I'm sure they have trouble getting employees to work there and it's a chaotic area right by the front door.
