Hardee's

The food was excellent. The two older ladies, not so much! I had stopped across from the drive thru and asked them if the dining room was open. They told me it was and I told them we would park and come right in. Not 30 seconds had passed when we came in and they both had disappeared. The young lady was on break and went to look for them but evidently they were too busy to take our order. The young girl took our order. She was very helpful but the other two not so much.

I went inside to order breakfast to take home. There was no one in line. I would say I stood there for a minute or two when a manager assisting at the drive thru asked a team member if the lady at the counter (me) had been helped. The team member replied without turning around that someone would. A young lady finally came and I ordered biscuits and gravy and asked for a brown biscuit. Had never had a problem with the food but got home and the biscuit was hard as well as it had been cut open and hollowed out. Why would you give something like that to a customer? Will be sure to check everything before leaving the restaurant next time.

It always takes the ladies 3-5 minutes before they are able to get my order. They must be short-staffed or don't prioritize customers. I have worked fast food before and we were always taught to tend to the customers before anything else. Anyway, I ordered the Frisco burger meal and an apple pie. It was so good, not going to lie. Food was warm and nicely portioned. I recommend this meal if you want something filling that is not messy. Honey mustard is free, and tastes good on everything.
