Zaxby's

Would give absolutely zero stars but I purchased a grilled chicken Cobb salad from Zaxby’s today for lunch and there was a humongous bug in my salad container. I wanted to talk to the manager but was told that she couldn’t come outside to talk to me because they were short staffed and she was on the cook line. Update: I went back to Zaxby’s I was introduced to David. He was very respectful and was able to help come to a solution that benefitted me. Thank you so much David!! Nevertheless, something like this should never happen!!

My niece ordered online. Her time of pick up was 6:10pm. We got there they was only calling numbers inside the store. Was not paying the online tickets any attention. She asked the workers how long will it take and they responded with we're waiting on her cookies. But, her cookies was sitting on top of the oven uncooked. When she got her order it was 6:40pm. We're very disappointed in this visit.

I use to work for zaxbys years ago and loved working there. My co- workers we're exciting to work with. Ever since then I gained an obsession with the food. I eat there as often as I can. Absolutely a wonderful place to eat, if ran by the correct friendly environment I give it a 100 because their food is amazing 👏 😋.

I love their food, only thing I kick against is the wait time. The employees on the other hand try there best to get your food out as quickly as they can. I went through the drive-thru and I only have an hour for lunch, it took 45 minutes for me to get my order. Which, I only ordered wings and things with the nuclear sauce. I can’t complain about the food at all, it’s delicious! My kids also love to eat from here. I’m so glad we have a Zaxby’s though. It’s worth the wait! Period! 🤪😜🤪When I first started going to Zaxby’s ,all I would get the Zaxby’s Club. My children would always get the Wing’s and things. My mother she enjoyed the Zaxby’s Zalad and the fried pickles and the fried mushrooms. What would be super, is if Zaxby’s had more diet drink options. I love Sprite Zero! (Hint-hint) 😋😋😋.

Today was a frustrating day for me, I drove 20 mins just to get me and my kids some food. The young lady was outside getting orders, she was very polite and even said hey to my 2 year old who kept screaming "hey". She went out her way to make sure my order was correct and even helped me back out the parking lot. Thank you for great service! Sorry I didn't catch her name but the time was at 5:14pm. Thanks again from a tired mama.

Drive through line very long, moving slow, went inside very hot, air conditioning not working. Poor service from cashier, drink machine wad out of lemonade, ask if she would fix me one from drive through. She didn't want to said they were about to refill the machine, after looks and remarks from others about her service then she decided to give me a drink. Service, comfort, wait time was horrible.

Had a horrible experience today. Air conditioning must also be completely broken. It was unbearably hot inside, so we took our food to-go. The cashier had a horrible/could’ve cared less attitude and then said they don’t have an option to ring up a ‘basket of celery’ when I ordered it. It’s on the menu…..??? And I order it all the time at any Zaxby’s locations I visit. When I asked if someone else knew how to ring it up, the cashier/supervisor at the drive-thru window says loudly, “Just tell her we don’t have celery.” Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
