Hamburger Depot

That place is so dirty. From the floors, stainless walls, next to tables and lady's bathroom. I ask the about sixteen year old girl who was responsible for cleaning. She said she was. Those stainless walls haven't been cleaned in months. We had to clean and sanitize our table. Really could use a shutdown for cleaning. We would have left if our order wasn't already. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Someone needs to get some pride. Hope this message is passed to higher up the chain.

Most of the time it's fairly good food, but the last 2 times its fair to say they missed the mark. Meal was cold due to sitting in the window awaiting delivery to our table. We were the first in line, behind us were 8 people. Somehow our plates of food was delivered at the same time as All 8 meals were done! Coincidentally our meal had sat there until All the meals were ready to be delivered! Hince the cold food, and the reason We choose Not to return. When we asked why our food was cold we were told they got busy and FORGOT IT IN THE WINDOW.... Nasty .. Unforgivable, Unprofessional, flat wrong...
