The food is good and the service is usually great. The issue I have is staffing. They have a 15 minute wait with half of the restaurant empty because they don't have enough servers. I rarely see the same server twice meaning they don't stick around long. Good food and it's not super expensive.

Solid Tex-mex staples for good prices. They have struggled with staffing as has everyone. Locally owned. My only complaint is that they dont serve margarita. They had some great deals for pick up during the pandemic.

Food was good! Service was GREAT!! Our little one choked on his food and started gagging, our waitress Marley took great care of us! Our little one is fine. Will be back!! Thank you MARLEY!!

My meal was correct and delicious. My mother's on the other hand was not. She ordered tacos al carbon and her flour tortilla was so hard she couldn't eat it or cut it. We love Mi Pueblo and we eat there frequently. This is the first time we have had an issue. We will be back....but probably won't order the tacos al carbon again.
