Excellent selection of food items. Can order on touch screen and take your time. Touch screen is much easier to read than menu over counter. Lobby is well lit with comfortable seating. Rest rooms have plenty of room without garish designs on walls. We drive past closer, newer Taco Bell to come to this one.

All my tacos had hardly any toppings. Just a little meat a tiny bit of lettuce and almost no cheese. This place is a joke and it's not the first time I've tried them and last time was the same problems...guess they want to save money and skimp on what they put on their food.

I always feel welcome at this location. They treat me and all others with kindness and respect. It us fun to Interact with the counter people and some of the time it's the managers. A great crew!

I gave a 2 star only because of the speed.... I was 4th in line in the drive thru and it took 20 mins I could not drive off due to being stuck in between cars because of the way the line is setup. I went at the wrong time because they just released the Mexican pizza and I think thats why it took so long

Silsbee taco bell is about worthless. My order has been wrong 3 times in a row. I will go to lumberton taco bell from here on.

Love this location! Expected the run-of-the-mill tacos that you get at every other TB. First of all they got my order right and charge correctly for the add-on which almost NEVER happens at the locations in Beaumont and Vidor. Staff working the window was friendly and polite and read my order back to me. The tacos were fresh and had the perfect meat/lettuce/cheese ratio. This will be the only TB I go to from now on. Y'all keep up the great work!
