Definitely won’t be visiting again. After waiting 30 mins I received my order. Which was a COOKED sushi roll the “Seattle Roll” I looked at my food before I left and it was raw salmon on top. A nice gentleman next to me told me he’s tried the roll before and said it was cooked. After showing him he tells me it was not cooked at all, and he didn’t know what that was. I went back inside and told the receptionist and she tells me “they don’t cook any of their seafood.” Well why would you have it under the cooked section if you don’t cook your seafood? I was refused to getting my money back which was very upsetting. I purchased something else and it was made in 2 minutes and I left. First and last time I’ll give this place my business.

First time going there and will be our last. They don’t even know how to make miso soup. What they served me with was onion soup and the waitress said that’s miso soup… Waitress didn’t even know my husband’s drink was down to the bottom til he asked her for refil. This restaurant’s name has “hibachi” on it but there’s no “hibachi” inside the restaurant, instead, they cook “hibachi” restaurant food in the kitchen. They have so many sushi menu, not much of kitchen food. Never again.

Ordered my food for pick up, this was the second time I received a messed up order $60. I called and the owner answered, she stated that the lady who took my order misunderstood me. I asked her what we could do to resolve the issue, as I live in vidor, and I drive far for the food. She said that I needed to say what I wanted using another verbiage next time. I asked her if it was my fault , and she said it was. I’ll never eat here again, and I’m calling my bank to chargeback the entire order. Rude owner, rude staff, cannot even make an order correct even when given extra time.

Our waitress was great. She kept apologizing for the wait. It was very busy. One roll came to the table wrong. We kept it and just reordered the way I wanted it. My roll was put to the back of the line. It came out by the time we were almost finished with the meal. The owner put a to go order on a table of guest while they were still eating. My husband and I both had a sick tummy later on in the night. Will not be back.

Aside from our waitress being very friendly, we didn't have the best experience. The steak was so tuff you couldn't bite through it. The shrimp was tuff as well. There were 6 charges on our ticket beyond the meal, drinks, and appetizers that the owner refused to give us details about and brushed us off when we asked what the were for. Be careful, the receipts only have amounts not what the prices include. The lady taking the payments was so rude and unhelpful. The waitress said she didn't know what the charges were for either.
