A really great deli that might accidentally be overlooked since it's on the outskirts of downtown Madison, but the food is delicious and the prices are great. It's my go-to for breakfast sandwiches and never disappoints. Plus the owners are always super friendly and quite funny!

We ordered lunch for our office today and WOW! The delivery was prompt and the woman who took our order was very friendly . Everything was AMAZING - The Cuban, the Avocado Chicken Salad Special, the Italian, the Turkey and Brisket Combo - We devoured our lunches. Even the cheese fries were DELICIOUS. We will definitely be ordering from Mimi's again. Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the sandwiches were consumed before there was any chance for pictures. Been here a few times and feel like I should put a review up for my experiences with this place. Bar none, if you're looking for a deli in the surrounding area, this is the place to beat.
Amazing owners who run the place, always make you feel like you're welcome, and absolutely delicious food at a fair price.
If you're in the area and looking to get a quick bite, you really do owe it to yourself to drop by and try it at the very least!

I am truly impressed. First off, they made me feel so welcome and at home. I ordered the pastrami and cheese with corn beef hash on the side. Everything was fresh and of great quality. This will not be my last visit to this deli.

Ummm why are you reading this review when you could be on your way to eating these DELICIOUS, mouth-watering sandwiches?? Made by super friendly guys who definitely care about what you think, one time a guy caught me watching him cut the pastrami with longing in my eyes and he gave me a slice! Try them out!
I'm throwing two cons in here so that I appear impartial: their spot does not have great parking, there's only about 4 spots depending on how other people park, and if you're "dining in" there's like seating for 5, but you really should try these sandwiches!!!

The owners are genuinely some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! They make killer sandwiches, for good prices. They also make one of the best Cuban sandwiches in Morris County! Love this place.

Wow! Went to Mimi’s today for the second time and had a great corned beef sandwich. Never would have guessed that this little unassuming deli would have such good deli meats. Friendly guys, great service and excellent food.

We came from out of town on vacation with my five kids. It was off the beaten path, but came here because of the reviews. Appearance of restaurant was a little unexpectedly worn down in its look at first view-though when we went in, the cooks were super warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home and please us. I can’t say enough about their service- really went above and beyond!!! 5-Star plus!!! I had the pastrami Reuben. Amazing- large portions. Great flow of flavor. Best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!

Great little deli. Good breakfast sandwich and classic triple decker sandwich for lunch. Plus more. Updated, got the "more" sloppy corn beef and pastrami. WOW, that's how its done

Mimi's is on our weekly lunch rotation at work. Great club sandwiches and the pastrami and corned beef Kosher style are killer. I've lived Madison for 30+ years, best NY Deli style sandwiches and club sandwiches in the area. I recommend taking your meal to go though, limited seating inside and it can get a little smokey. We usually call ahead for a pick up order, works great everytime.
