Michael's Frozen Custard is the best custard place I've ever eaten at. I'm a food blogger on Instagram, so I know my custard! Every time I come here without fail, the custard is always creamy, rich, and delicious. Rain or shine, this custard will make any day turn into a beautiful day.
Pictured here (original photos by me) are the medium cookie dough sundae and the vanilla waffle cone. I get one of these pretty much every time I come to Michael's since they are my absolute favorite. If I don't come here at least once a month, I get withdrawals. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!

Summer in Wisconsin in custard form at its finest. Nostalgia sets in instantly at the first visit. Many delicious options for food and flavors, quick service and friendly staff! Great location, walking distance from many sites and shops.

Awesome place! Whenever working around the Monroe St area I like to take my lunch here. Burgers are great, and custard is just as amazing. Service is good and quick as well!

We were taken to this place on a visit to Madison by our local friends. I haven't been to many frozen custard places but this tiny winy place had its own charm. It is hard to remember the names on the menu but the pictures are good enough to give an idea. The serving is quite well and rates are reasonable. You can try out most of the things except the mint chocolate thing which is nothing exceptional unless you are big fan of mint.

If you ate here this summer you were probably overcharged. Their sign says $3.00 for a hotdog, but I was charged $3.50. They also overcharged us on a couple of lemonades. The employees seemed annoyed that we wanted to be charged the amount listed on the sign, and we had to talk to three people before they begrudgingly gave us back some change. (Note that they do charge courtesy fee for paying with cards, but that charge was a separate line item on the receipt, and unrelated to the misrepresented prices.) I don't mind spending an extra 50 cents on a hotdog, just fix the damn sign.

The food is delicious, the custard is amazing and the staff are so friendly! You can't get better service than this! I love coming here for lunch during the week. I absolutely recommend coming here!

I guess I was expecting something else, so I was some what disappointed. I thought custard was something different then soft serve ice cream. It was good that's why it still got a four star but nothing I couldn't get anywhere.

There are very few things better than frozen custard on a hot summer day. Even during a pandemic, grab it to go and enjoy some delicious custard made how you want. They don't skimp on the toppings and it has been delicious every time I've gotten it. I would highly recommend
