Spring roll here is too big for me. And the pho here tastes too bland, compared the pho I eaten in Vietnam. So I will not recommend the pho lovers to go.

Very quaint little place, warm and inviting with egg rolls to die for! I like that the karaoke rooms are small and personal for you and your own group of friends! Friendly staff, great food.

Delicious food! We had crab rangoon, kimchi spring rolls[recommend], egg rolls, pad thai, pineapple fried rice and pho. Everything was delicious ! Would recommend

Street parking. Inside is pretty and clean as far as I could tell. Grabbed a karaoke booth for the night. Not sure exactly how sound proof it is, but it was fairly muffled. Decent interface once you figure it out, but if you're new to this it will prove to be difficult. Server was VERY good. Dig the food. Very diverse menu. Had a lot of fun.

The service was markedly slow on the Sunday afternoon that we visited. The pho we had was decent, but not exceptional. I liked the decor and cozy ambiance, but the lack of service was truly surprising. It’s no big deal if the server forgets a few things, but having to be asked five separate times for missing items, and even taking orders is too much! We were happy we had enough cash to cover the bill and tip so that we didn’t have to wait another 15 minutes for our CC to come back.

We called earlier in the day to reserve a room and they told us that reserving online was the only way to reserve a room. We reserved a room online and when we arrived, they gave our room away and told us that we should have called ahead of time, but we did. Then told us that waiting was the only way to get a room, but it wasn’t guaranteed. When we asked if there was any compensation for having our room given away, they said they could only give us 30 minutes for the room. We did our part as consumers on calling and following directions but this business couldn’t even give us proper service or even let us know ahead of time for cancellation. Very disappointing to travel so far for a business and have them give away the room. The server was amazing in communication, but the business as a whole needs improvement to notify customers if their reservation doesn’t mean anything.

How to work the karaoke machines: searching for an artist is done by initials. For example, searching for Britney Spears is B S, Fall Out Boy is F O B, Madonna is just M. Good luck. It's not the easiest interface, but intuitive enough once you figure the search part out. The speakers sound great. Decent and relatively up to date song selection. Didn't have super deep cuts, but it was pretty broad. For example, we were able to sing a my chemical romance song and then a good bluegrass song right afterwards.
Besides that, all the appetizers were delicious. The beer selection was good enough and we had a good time with the pitchers. We got one entree that tasted pretty mediocre, like frozen food heated up in a microwave.
