The service is never good. Very slow and they can't cook a steak correctly, always overcooked and dried out. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Redeeming quality - the shrimp is good.

Service has certainly improved since our last visit. Noticed some different servers, very attentive. Thought we would give them another try rather than driving to Athens, glad we did! Nice meal at a fair price.

I usually go to the Logan’s in Athens and they’re always great. Tonight I ordered Door Dash from this location because I’m working nearby. All of my food was burnt and hard. The dozen rolls I ordered were so hard they literally “knock” on the counter and are not edible. I love Logan’s. This is just a really really sad representation of the chain.

The food is great! Beware of the liquor, almost certainly there 1.25 oz is diluted. Server is cool.

06-26-20 Ordered curbside. Had to wait an additional 15 mins after we called the restaurant to notify them we were at curbside. Food was cold. Ordered one 12 oz. medium which was cold, RARE and half of it was fat. Ordered one 6 oz. medium rare, it was also RARE. Had to cook them both when home. Half of the salad was wilted and had no cheese or croutons as requested. Had to throw it away. French fries were also cold and soft like they had not been fully cooked. Waste of money. Will not be coming back.

Service was extra slow! Management never came to the table to busy flirting with wait staff in bar area! Spent 2 hours in here not by choice! Never got one of our apps. Needs better training!

Asked for steak medium rare, and it came out very well done and tough. It was also super thin, so it didn't have a ton of flavor from marbling. Waiter really struggled with our order. Sides were as if they had been sitting out awhile and lukewarm. Pretty disappointing for the price paid. Best part was we didn't have to wait.
