First time visiting Don Julio’s in Madison. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Madison area. Limited parking kind of place. As soon as we walked in servers were ready to seat us with friendly smiles. We had the Fresh chips with house salsa as soon as we sat down. Ordered a queso for the chips which was ok. Only restaurant in the Nashville area that offers homemade agua de Horchata (yum!). I was with a group and unfortunately only took a pic of my order 🥴. I had the Fajita Arandas which comes with steak, schrimp, chicken, and sides which included salad, rice, beans with sour cream. I just switched shrimp for chorizo. They serve Modelo of the tap and plenty of tequila. This place is definitely worth it and would definitely come back. Great job guys !

The food is authentic and great! Also very inexpensive! The service was fantastic and the food came quickly. We had been planning to eat outside on the small patio, but it was occupied by several people who appeared to be homeless and were just hanging out. We decided to just go inside and eat; things inside were fine. The parking lot is pretty small, so you might want to get there early.

We've been going here for the last 8-9 years. This is me and my hubby's spot. If authentic is what you like, this is the place. There are many Mexican restaurants around that claim authenticity but simply aren't. Every time we try some place new (like we do with all restaurants), we find ourselves in regret. There's just no place like Don Julios. It will forever be our place! Oh! And as for pricing? The amount of food portions are worth every single penny! There's enough food left over for 2 or 3 more meals when we go and it's VERY budget friendly.
