When I spend money, I expect to get what I pay for. This is what they gave me today... Burned nuggets! Then I was supposed to get 10, they only have me 9. I asked for my receipt, the machine is broken! Now I'm beginning to think the machine will always be broken because the service is always so terrible that the reviews from the surveys are bad. Every visit which is often I have to ask for my receipt. Look at these burned nuggets. My camera actually makes them look better 😤🤬 I'm too hungry for this man, no sour cream, no plastic utensils or napkins🙄 another thing... Why have promotions if they have a problem with scanning your phone? 🤷🏾♀️

Honestly speaking, the apple pecan salad was great! with the perfect amount of pecans, dressing... it tasted wonderful... the only opportunity I can is the attention, the waiting time was a around 8min and the cashier didn't have the best attitude

The store hours say 7am to 5pm everyday but no one is here and it's 8am on a Saturday. That's bad for business. This is supposed to be Madison. You'll lose A LOT of business that way. Guess I'll go to McDonald's.

Loved the 4 for $4 deal. Getting a valuable dinner on those days when family is driving and visiting and fishing all day and you want something tasting good.

I waited 20 minutes in line and received COLD food. I called the restaurant multiple times but no one answered. This is not the 1st time I have received COLD food. I will not visit again.

The service was fast. They were pretty busy, but the drive thru moved at a decent speed. My son tried this new burger that they have and he said it was delicious. My other two had the 4 for 4 and there were no complaints.

You don't have time to waste waiting in line here. Save an hour of your day and go to the McDonald's across the street instead.
Even my dog thinks these fries are gross and refuses to eat them.

I get the staff shortages everywhere but waiting in line for 20 minutes, and it never moving is a stretch. I left.
