The Red Peppermint

I bought a medium frozen yogurt and my husband bought a large, and while one cup was orange and one white, they were the exact same size, but he paid $2 more! When I said something they didn’t do anything and when we pointed out a larger size cup they said that was for ice cream. So lesson learned, but a medium and get the same amount of frozen yogurt for $2 less than the large

Last night was our third attempt at trying to get froyo & although it was open we were not pleased with our experience. The Facebook hours don’t match the Google website hours, so the first two trips we made were based off the Facebook hours and both times the store was closed. This third attempt we made it & were so excited to try the different flavors, but little did we know we would only have a selection of two flavors. One machine was already broke and the pumpkin machine broke down while we were there. As we weren’t already bummed enough with only have two flavors to choose from, the customer service was very poor. One of three employees was eating behind the counter and very short with us with flavors, helping, etc. The one frozen yogurt flavor I got was very good, but the overall experience was terrible. I remember the shop being very nice & welcoming with a large selection of flavors, but this trip was quite different.

What a rip-off! We were never so shocked when 4 dishes of ice cream rang up just shy of $50. They only had big cups(16oz size)sitting out and no explanation of how it worked. Of course we had never been to a place like that before so our grandkids just filled up and added toppings and when we got to the register they put them on the scale and we about died! Put the cash away and had to get out a credit card. Never again. Beware! This place is for millionaires, not poor retired grandparents. Lesson learned. And it wasn't even the best ice cream we ever ate. Pretty low on that scale.

I am always satisfied by this place when I go here. The staff is always friendly. They have a wide variety of flavors of frozen yogurt that changes every now and then. Also lots of toppings available. If your not into the yogurt, also smoothies, ice cream, and much more also available. Nice comfortable environment. The location is crossed from a parking not on main, so pretty easy to park and walk there.
