Amato's Pizza

This is the best pizza outside of New Haven , and better than most of New Haven. Amato is the man! Madison is so lucky he carried on his family’s tradition and recipes and brought a real Apizza place to town. Everything else in the area is garbage, this is the only real apizza place to go to! & the Eggplant Parm is award winning!

BEST OF THE BEST! Hands down the most delicious PIZZA on the shoreline if not EVER! Found this little spot when my husband and I first moved to the area in 2020, and we haven’t been able to stop enjoying their delicious pizza ever since. It’s our go to every time people visit! Our favorites are their Napolitano and regular cheese w meatballs and black olives (well done)! We’ve also had the salads, mozzarella sticks, the cannolis, cheesecake, veggie pizza, everything is incredible! They recently started selling their sauce and I’ll tell you this, I’ll never by store bought ever again! Amato’s sauce is unbelievable! We love Amato and Jordyn as well. Super friendly and always have a smile on their face. A favorite spot in town — worth the quick drive over from main st. LOVE LOVE LOVE

The pizza is incredible! Its thin type pizza which I enjoy. The sauce is so delicious, the cheese is of higher quality than the average. Fresh dough, and a good crunch to the crust. The prices are very good as well. Cheaper than the other local pizza places which is smart if they want to keep up with B-wall and Grand. Definitely going here again!

Small and friendly place with good pizza. The crust is very good and the flavors don't disappoint. I had a little trouble using the online ordering for the first time but I logged out and then back in and worked well. Is always great to know you don't have to go far to get far to get good pizza. Will be back.
