I love Pizza Hut. Never really have issues with my pizza. The last few times I went I couldn’t get in my appt to get the points for ordering. And when I went in the store to ask they have no clue and seem unhappy working there and don’t properly greet you .

I ordered a medium sized meat lovers pizza and thought it was great. I noticed they put a lot of meat on my pizza, which I thought was amazing because versus other pizza chains, I thought they were generous. I paid around 18 bucks for the pie and finished it with my dear friend while I was changing out a dead car battery.

Website design made for easy login, deal review, pizza customization, ordering and payment. Notifications are fast and effective. Makes for a very efficient process and welcoming experience. Some sites evolve to be more compelling but miss the simple point that people are hungry and just want fast & easy ordering. Keeping it simple is the best approach.

The lady on the phone was very polite and patient with me as I ordered. The pizza was really good, the boneless chicken wings were crunchy. They forgot my soda, but brought it to me promptly and apologetically. The delivery man was very sweet and the man who brought my soda as well. The other lady I spoke with about the soda was very apologetic as well. We may become regulars. It’s a family feel, for a franchise business.
