Update: went to pick up food for my son because he wanted nacho fries and a hard taco. Seen a sign that made no sense so I informed employee who said they would fix it! Went home sons order was wrong so went back to get my right order. Sign was still up and it wasn’t busy at all. Taco was soft and falling apart! Threw it in the trash. Not sure what your putting in the meat to make it so Liquidy but gross!!
Never again!! Waited in the drive thru for 37 min just for 3 tacos!!!! So ridiculous man! Why is it that slow????
Food is so gross and super soggy! Got a crunch wrap and no crunch! Hard shell was complete and disgusting mush 🥴 food was cold and messy. Meat all inside the bag. Not happy at all

My visit to Taco Bell was for an online order. Placed the order online, and when you get there, they cook your order. It's was fairly quick, and the food was good. The pink lemonade was so refreshing! Overall, it was a good trip, little more expensive than I thought but prices are up for everything.

Staff is on point of the location also a guy helps some old people at the kiosk which I thought was pretty cool he had patience and really did a good job. I don't normally leave reviews for Taco Bell but the staff deserves it keep up the good work

This store is on need of leadership. The lobby is always close, perhaps lacks of employees, got it. Understand. But the drive thru is absolutely a nightmare. Last 4 times i had to check the orders and get it corrected. Mean noty order it all.

I've ordered 2 times asking them each time for sour cream and tomatoes only to be charged for it and didn't receive it. I went here last night for a crunch wrap and they literally gave me a soft shell smushed together with sloppy meat and sour cream on top. No hard shell in the middle. With that being said about 33 years of eating at this location I'm calling it quits, staff get upset if you confront them about missing items or the prepared food.
This taco bell needs a serious clean out.

Would give zero stars if I could. Got here at 8PM on a Saturday night when there supposed to be open until 2am. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes yelling hello to I guess no one. Pulled up the window and honked my horn. Was told my a very rude employee who just shouted thru the closed windows "were closed" like I was supposed to figure that out on my own. At least post a sign in the drive thru that you are closed. Don't have people sitting out there expecting service and then get an attitude with the patrons paying your bills. Will not be returning. And used to frequent here at least 3 times a week. I guess that means nothing.

When they are open everything is perfectly fine however, this location is always closed at random times. I came here yesterday at the same time as tonight and they are closed. I sat there for a min or two and finally asked if they were closed but nobody answered. As I drove away I see employees just standing inside. I come here sometimes in the daytime and they are closed. I don’t know if their hours are different but they should definitely post it if so. The hours were verified two weeks ago by the location so why they are always closed is beyond me. If they are closed due to short staff they should have it notated for customers to see. It’s very annoying to drive here after work and sometimes they are open, sometimes they aren’t.

45 mins waiting inside for four tacos. The restaurant wasn't even busy, the employees were slacking around literally doing nothing and talking to each other and this was a to go order that was placed ahead of time.
