Jason's Deli

I love Jason's deli! Fresh delicious food and you can't forget about the free ice cream dessert. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. Plus they had a Groupon which was great so we saved money but regardless the prices are reasonable and you get plenty of food. Make sure to try the strawberry shortcake it's delicious!

A salad, soup and sandwiches paradise. I think that if you look at the value weighing the quality of food you get for the money you spend, you would have to agree that it is quite high. The two locations I've been privileged to visit have been clean and the salad bar well stocked with fresh salad makings.

Both the service and quality of the food are excellent. All the managers and associates are customer service oriented. We have lunch there once a week and the food is always fresh and the salad bar is excellent. The free ice cream is delicious. We enjoy their soup, sandwiches and salad bar. The managers, Greg, Bennie, Dani and Darryl all pay attention to detail and make sure each guest is pleased with their meal. We are thrilled that Jason's Deli is now in East Cobb. We and our friends rave about the food and service. We are grateful to all the managers and associates for making this such a great place to eat.

Food is great (always has been). Parking is great. Staff is polite and courteous. However in the past few months there has been an unfortunate trend happening in the evenings. The staff, a good half hour before close has been dumping/emptying out ALL the iced tea containers. I had to literally jump and RUN over and stop the teenage girl who just walked along flipping all the levers and emptying the tea down the drains. That should be done AFTER the last customer has left, not while there are easily 5 tables still being served. Also, the dishwashers have been really missing the mark. Every single time I have gone to get ice cream, the small containers provided (for those who don't want it in a cone) are almost always gooey/sticky or have food stuck between them. These small bowl/containers need a pre-wash before being put into the dish washer. There has been some very gross goop in between them in the stacks. Aside from that I've enjoyed my visits here. I just wish the younger staff were more aware of what they were doing.

Very disappointing. Very few veggie & topping choices for your build your own sandwich. Subway is better. Order was completely wrong. Wanted soup and half sandwich. Got a full sandwich and it was made not how I ordered it and no soup. Also got the grilled cheese and soup. The grilled cheese was less then special. Thin and looked like a little kid made it. Literally half the tables hadn’t been cleaned. It’s dark. And for a new place it felt dirty and like it hadn’t been updated in years. Won’t go back.

That was freaking awesome! Good food and atmosphere. Free soft serve anyone? I got a corned beef reuben and It came with potato chips. The sauerkraut was really unique and tangy. Check it out the next time you are in the mood for something simple yet fulfilling. I think this may be my new automatic go-to option for awhile.
