Chin Chin Chinese Restaurant

Service was good, restaurant was clean and my egg roll was fresh & hot. Four stars are solely due to my disappointment with the pictured lunch entree, sweet and sour pork. I have never even thought to ask if vegetables are included because in my experience some combination of onions, bell peppers, carrots and pineapple are ALWAYS included with sweet and sour entrees (lunch or dinner). Additionally, the ‘egg’ fried rice had incredibly small portions of egg. As a comparison, I had this same lunch entree for the same price at a nearby competitor restaurant last week and it came with all of the vegetables I listed (white rice). I will choose the inclusion of vegetables over the egg fried rice every time.

I placed a to-go order. A server brought out several orders shortly thereafter. I waited for over half an hour. Unbeknownst to me, one of those orders was mine. No one told me my food was ready until I asked one of the workers. On the bright side, the food was good. I was just disappointed by the lack of customer service.

I ordered shrimp lo mein through UberEats. The attached receipt proved that I ordered shrimp lo mein. I received chicken lo mein. I called in to the restaurant. I was put on hold for a while. I was then told that they were writing my name down and they’d replace the order and deliver themselves instead of through UberEats. I do not eat strips/pieces of meat from anywhere. It always looks suspect. Anyway, when i called back today to get the shrimp lo main I was put on the phone with the supposed manager. I was told by her that the person answering the phones is new and didn’t know what he was talking about. I was asked if I had taken a picture. None of that was asked of me. She blamed everyone but the cooks at her restaurant. I literally could not eat the chicken and was flat out lied to by this establishment. Customer service is horrible. I wish I had taken pictures. I literally had a pile of chicken sat to the side. I will NEVER order from here again. I despise bad customer service. Like whoever you got representing your company, you need to stick by what you are telling people! 😒

We had dinner at Cin Cin they have the best Chinese food in Marietta.Their Jalapeno Shrimp is the the best.Jasmin she always greets us with a big smile and checks with us on our food. Like most restaurants she is also struggling to find staff. Our food was served in very timely manner. I highly recommend Cin Cin in Marrieta .
