Life Grocery

The store has good customer service but the cafe, although now with a revised menu and employees, is painfully slow in its service. The food is good, but it is not a place where you can drop by on a lunch hour and pick up food, because you will be stranded there with your boss wondering what happened to you. They never seem to have a lot of business, and I suspect the lax service is the issue, because the food is decent. I understand that the vibe of the place is kind of laid back and granola crunchy, but really people, respect that your customers have jobs. If someone waits forever and walks out because they can’t get their food in a timely manner, it might mean they have to work the rest of the day on an empty stomach, which sucks.

Overpriced..staff are really nice but service is so slow at the restaurant and the food was edible but nothing to go back for, dry bread for the burger and it looked life something that they microwaved for close to 9 bucks ...smoothies are nearly 7 bucks, way too pricey for what you get and the location. Had not been for a while, and as nice as staff are the food and ambience are no draw. The blank walls scream for a mural or some artwork, awful annoying jazz adds nothing, they need a chef and s makeover.

Great bulk selection! I wish they had cacao powder and grape seed oil (in bulk) but other than that they have everything I want. The produce is expensive, they have lots of specialty items (vegan), and tons of supplements. There is a cafe attached but I haven’t been since they re-vamped it. They have a bathroom!

I love this coop health food, cafe and supplements store. Well stocked. Very knowledgeable and wonderful workers, most have been there for years. It feels more like a close family run place. Though the fresh produce is a fairly small selection, it is organic and always looks beautiful and very fresh. It is a local coop vs out of town conglomerate. This place is a gem. Very important to this community. I have been coming every week and am a Member. $5 per year to join which provides discounts(even on top of there sale prices !).

SO glad I gave this place a second chance after a truly horrible first experience. This time the staff were knowledgeable, attentive and approachable and the food was crazy good! It was the complete opposite on all fronts last time. I bought food from both sides and while I feel like I ate a lot, I don't feel weighed down at all and I have so much energy! The selection here is unique and worth going back to try more new and healthy foods from both the grocery and cafe.

Absolutely five stars. Well, four if you need the pristine look of a Whole Foods, but if you’re looking for a hard to find items this place has it. The staff is lovely, and will help you find it. I also had a great luck of stopping in on the grand reopening of the café. Every single item I sampled was a hit out of the park. Tempeh wraps, Flat bread pizza, kale wraps, macaroni and cheese for the kids. All amazing. I will definitely be stopping back in even though it’s way out of my way.

This was a great lunch spot!! We had delicious soup & fresh juices, very nourishing & clean eating. The gal working, Monica, was wonderful. She completely understood great customer service & truly wanted to help. I'm on a restricted diet due to a chronic health condition & she knew what was good for me to eat as well as what I couldn't have. Usually I have to list everything I can't have & hope the person was listening. Monica was listening & making recommendations!! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area. The attached grocery store looked great too!! The only negative I saw was the décor could use some updating.
