American Deli

Made an order at 2:07 pm, three minutes received a confirmation (good, good!) followed by 'your order is ready for pickup' message at 2:25 pm (excellent!). Arrived ten minutes later just to discover the staff guys kist started making the burgher I ordered. What the hell? Guys, isn't it a bit too much misleading for a 10-dollar beef burgher? I know watching the making process could be kinda interesting, but personally would prefer just to pick up a plastic bag with my burgher inside. Why won't you teach your test messages system to provide more adequate ETAs?

I always come to this location and pretty much get the same thing. Grilled chicken salad or a 10 piece mild combo. I got both yesterday and about two hours later I wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t eat the salad in one sitting, I would eat some them watch tv then each more. I eventually took one of the grilled chicken pieces and cut it open and it was slightly pink. My heart dropped and I said oh no I’ve been eating under cooked chicken. My stomach has been in knots ever since, I keep sweating, and I’m just very uncomfortable to the point where I don’t want to eat anything else. I know nothing will be done about it but just wanted them to be aware and to cook the chicken all the way through and not rush.
