Got a 6 inch and it was made in a timely manner given the circumstances there was one employee, was quaint and well made, the employee was a little soft spoken but it wasn't that big of a deal, got in and got out all in all around 10 minutes.

This was the worst Subway experience of my life. He cut the foot long bread before he even put the meats on, and was so unproportional in all my toppings that I had to ask him to fix it for every topping except one. There was also way too much mayo on it but the damage was done. Can an executive or manager teach these people how to make a d*** sandwich?

The subway located at 3079 hidden forest ct under upoint locks the door 10-15 mins early which the store closes at 10. The workers didn't even look at the door ignorning any customers.This was poor customer service. When i worked at subway we served to 10.

I have never been told that a footlong sandwich cannot be cut in half all the way through. I will never eat at this location again. They have lost my business. The employee was rude and when I walked in was busy talking to someone there that wasn't a customer and I figure was her boyfriend.

I am very disappointed with this location i eat here everyday i come to work its always a different price i always get the normal chicken wrap which i always get charge $4.50 and 5 cookies which always comes to $8.21 total the owner or india lady have taking my payment before i will not come back to that place again now i have to go to work starving because she asking for a old receipt not trying to get over but i know what i pay if i ever find that receipt im go take it up there and just show her the young lady who goes to college who works in there know s i come alot.

I had to eat flat bread for my sandwich cause they ran out of bread another time i had to take a wheat bread cause they didnt have the type i want. Once they ran out of bread all together lol. You guys are hilarious how do you run out of bread and you sell sandwiches im to sober for this
