Kfc

Waited for chicken tenders, 2 pieces were overcooked and inedible, got fries instead of mashed potatoes and gravy as in menu board. Returned to get new food and correct the order, manager insisted that only fries are served with the K3, that’s not what I took a picture of. This KFC has gone downhill for a long time.

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews either but KFC doesn't have the type of menu like in the past. No corn on the cobb, no wedges, no string beans, no biscuits. I ordered tenders and they were dried and crispy. The fries were dried and old. After placing my order in the driveway through I had to come inside to show an employee what I was served. I asked for my money back, but was asked to give them the chance to remake the order. It's just very unpleasant inside. They took an extremely long time to remake my order and while waiting it smelled like something was burning. As i was waiting another employee asked why i was still waiting. They forgot that i was standing at the counter waiting after they asked me to wait. I'm never going to be back in KFC at all. It was extremely difficult writing this but I have to share the truth. It was really disappointing and a waste if time and money. On an early Saturday afternoon, service was pretty poor.

Waited 5mins at the drive thru to place order at this point I knew they had to be short staffed or new employees. Go around to pay for food to have to wait about another 10mins for food to be brought out. I asked for condiments and straws for drinks multiple times after placing the order and waiting the young employee still forgot the condiments. I go inside to wait again to ask if I could get a refund because the food was getting cold for all the wait times of things I requested with the meals. The manager was so rude with her reply because I questioned why I couldn't be refunded after all the wait times to complete my order now that the food is cold before I leave the restaurant. I let the refund go because I didn't want to make a scene and asked for the condiments. When I finally got the condiments I been asking for she slammed them on the counter and told me I couldn't have a bag for them after asking she wasn't allowed. The manager seemed to not care that another customer was witnessing her rudeness as well as the young employees working under her.

So we just left this place you can't hear them on the speaker through the drive-thru after we tried several times we pulled up to the window they were out of everything we ordered and the young man finally screamed at the young lady and as we ordered two boxes of three piece chicken dinner they said they were out of all sides except for mac and cheese corn and fries they're also out of the chalupas and after we put in our order they asked us to please pull back around the building and go back through the drive-thru window! But why just because their timer was going off it clearly explains why they only have a 2.4 star it was completely empty the drive-thru the parking lot only two cars in the parking lot at 4:00 in the afternoon I clearly understand why that's okay we left we went to Crystal's next door we won't be back I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste your time!
