Seems like this one is always going to do different management the drive-thru takes some time the photo is loaded french fries

This location is extremely slow for drive thru and you're lucky if their system isn't down. The last three times I went they were accepting cash only. In the past I was able to get around this by ordering through there app but they recently turned that off also. Just curious if management is aware? The staff is usually friendly but service is almost nonexistent here.

I *had* to rate this Wendy’s location on the app *before* I could ask a question of the customers, so I blindly gave Wendy’s on Roswell Road 4 Stars.
We just moved here and I love Wendy’s! Burgers and chili, especially. My question is, can I walk inside to place a take~out order? Wendy’s is giving Singles away for $1 each during March, but I don’t want to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Can I go inside and order a $1 Single (plus the other $35 worth of food that we want) or will they expect me to wait in the drive-thru?

Empty only one gentleman ordering, He must have been a mental patient .while I was waiting for him to figure out why he was there I brought up that they had a puddle of water 💧 on floor no one did nothing, The man kept trying to keep using his card that kept declining so after 15 minutes I decided to go to drive tru and order It took 7 mins I went back inside with my food and sat there to eat ,The gentleman was finally heading to a seat with a frosty in his 👋 🙃

Went inside to pick up lunch. Got baconator fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were cold and cheese had already hardened. Chicken tasted like they had just took it out of freezer, as it was cold. See recept below, food did not come as ordered. Will not be returning to this Wendy's.

Horrible customer service, the employee told me not to give an attitude, but she gave me one first, I just wanted a combo number one, what’s so hard or mentally challenging is that, I will never go back which the lazy employee will like that, Wendy’s is on a large list of restaurants I will never do business with again, if it was my business she would be fired immediately , since when does the customer have to make the employee happy, I thought it was the employee that was supposed to make the customer happy, if she doesn’t like her job, she should quite

love the breakfast menu but at 8:30 I had the physical get out and spin the menu myself and the girl gives me attitude when I ask her how I was supposed to know what I wanted if I couldn't see the menu... she proceeded to tell me how she was doing this all on her own which was a lie as another employee walked out to change the menus after I had done it. Her attitude was my problem.
