Today I was APPALLED at the Subway service I was provided. I have been an avid Subway customer for over 10 years (once weekly) and have always had phenomenal things to say about your employees customer service. To begin, I was not greeted what-so-ever upon arriving. The employee did not speak to me other than asking "what bread". I ordered a foot long sandwich and when I listed the toppings I wanted, the employee more than "skimped" me on the amount. I had to ask for "a little more" after each topping. I don't consider 6 leaves of spinach (yes, literally) the rightful amount on a foot long sub. Furthermore, after about the fourth time having to ask for more of a topping, the employee grimly said "you are getting charged for every extra topping I've given you". WHAT?! Not only was it completely rude the way she said it, but she could have at least made me aware of that "rule" prior. I have NEVER EVER been charged for asking for MORE of a specific topping, or hassled about it. I asked her if she was serious and she said "yes" and when I questioned it again she said "for every topping you said more I HAVE to charge you". I stood there for a minute, and when she hadn't the slightest remark or suggestion I told her I would just go to another location. The worst part about this issue was that when I called to speak with a manager, the woman who served me was actually the manager (Tina).

It's like most Subways; not fantastic, not terrible. It's just average and usually not too busy. Employees on Sunday evenings are professional, while the ones during the week I've found to be mostly apathetic. If this was all I had to say about the location, they'd get 3 stars for averageness. However... Store doesn't seem to partake in the BOGOs that the mobile app advertises so you end up getting an awkward call from them asking if you want to cancel your order or pay full price. They are also, from time to time, flabbergasted when you walk in asking for your mobile order like they didn't know you'd actually show up. So all in all, the mobile app method is just poorly executed.

Good food, of course. Pretty much just like every other Subway restaurant, but the service here is terrible. I deliberately travel further to go to a Subway, but do come back every so often just to see if the two girls behind the counter are still angry! They must be the type of people who wake up angry at the world. Never a smile, never a pleasant word. I can't believe the incompetent manager here hasn't fired them. I hate being so harsh, but the truth hurts. I hope the manager wakes up here and fixes things eventually;I'd like to be able to eat here.

Customer service was fine, the friendly gentleman was patient with my horde. Subway isnt normally great food, just good. But the rising cost of mediocre food and the skimping on toppings is why this Subway got 3 stars from me.

Seriously the worst sandwich ever made, absolutely sloppy to the point it was impossible to eat. Ordered online and they ignored all requests that didn't add on costs...I was surprised and a bit pissed off over the low quality and just minimal effort put into making 1 sub, when they had only 1 customer eating in the store. Now I know I just have to go in and supervise my order to make sure it's not just tossed haphazardly together.

I absolutely hate this Subway and will never return. Not only were the employees extremely rude, but the bathrooms were disgusting and the cheese was spoiled. Never go there. It is quite possibly the worst establishment I have ever been inside of.

This has to be the worst subway I have ever eaten at! Ask for lettuce, they barely sprinkle some on the sandwich. Ask for pickles, they maybe put 4 on the sandwich. Ask for spinach, they maybe put 6 leaves on the sandwich. WHAT? RIDICULOUS! This was our first time going here and we WILL NOT BE BACK!

I was not aware that the managers could choose what sandwiches were included in an "any six inch get one" coupon. I was under the impression that any meant just that, not just the regular sandwhiches....im a little put off.
