Pizza Hut

This was one of the worst experience I have had went to this pizza and as we walked in no one even noticed us we seated our self and we sat there watching a guy that claims to be a manager put to go boxes together in the dining area the tables was not only sticky but looked aweful we sat there for a good 20 to 30min and no one had came over so I got up and walked to the register and the guy who says he was a manager asked me if I needed to place a order to go I said no we planned on dining in but we have been here for awhile and no one has even spoke to us he then says oh I didn't see or here you as I sat back down in my booth I told my husband I would call and speak with a manager that when the guy said I am a manager I then said ok I will call and speak with the owner he then informs me the owner was there so I said we'll bring him over so he comes over and I explain my concerns to him and he apologized and said he doesn't get many customers to dine in and that when he got that Pizza hut that was the way things was and that they would be moving location in the future he took our order and on him he gave us two orders of 6pcs wings when our food arrived it was definetly hot and good even though it was in to go boxes I felt like I was not welcomed at all like we was being pushed out the door I hope that when the move locations they act more professional

This place was amazing. We had orders wings from Austell Wings across the street and waited an hour and half for them but they never gave us a straight answer on when they will be at my house, so we ended up going to Pizza hut and ordering from them. 20 min later we're on our way home with pizza and wings. 10/10 would recommend them

Edit 2: Fool me once... Unfortunately I need to update this review again. After 2 "good" experiences (food arrived within 1 hour of ordering) they're back to their old ways of taking forever for delivery. If you're going to do carry-out or eat in, this location may be fine but if you want delivery, definitely pick somewhere else. Edit: After almost a year of avoiding this location, we decided to give them another chance. The delivery is now prompt and the food arrives hot. The manager is also great with contacting us if a promo or item isn't available. Their pizza is way better than the Domino's or Papa John's in this area so it's nice that they've gotten their service back on track. Previous Review: This is possibly the worst run Pizza Hut franchise in Atlanta. They don't honor any of the good Pizza Hut corporate coupons or deals which wouldn't be a big deal if they had "comparable offers" like they state in their messaging. In addition, their delivery takes forever. I thought it was a fluke after ordering from them twice and the delivery taking over 2 hours but this is now the third time. After waiting 90 minutes I called into the store to check the status on my order. I waited on hold for 10 minutes just trying to get an update. They said the driver left "7-8" minutes ago so by their standards I should get it sometime next week. Take my advice and order from literally anywhere else.

Food arrived on time, ingredients were fresh and the pizza was wonderful! the delivery drives was very friendly, we've ordered from the Pizza Hut up the road many times and never had such a good experience as we did ordering from this Pizza Hut! We will be ordering from this location from now on! Keep up the good work!

April 29,2016. The experience I had was horrible. I had ordered my pizza through the app. I ordered at 837 pm and didn't get my pizza until 10:00 that night. When I called to check on my order I was waiting for about 10 minutes until I got ahold of someone and she couldn't even hear me on the phone. The delivery driver who delivered my pizza was very friendly but he forgot my Pepsi. He said I had two choices, he could either go get the Pepsi and bring it but it would take about 45 minutes or he could just give me a 5 dollar credit which is basically what I had tipped him. I took the credit. When I had opened the pizza it was lukewarm and it had looked like it had just been tossed together. There was no effort put into it. I don't know why I accepted the credit because I am never ordering from here again and it's a shame because I love stuffed crust and that just ruined it for me. Not to mention they still took the tip and I never even got my credit.

I get takeout from this restaurant all the time, and I'm always satisfied. The employees are polite and they have my pizza waiting for me when I come to pick it up. Out of the dozens of times I've ordered from this place over the last 10 years there was exactly one mixup, and the manager gave me a free pizza and then very quickly made the one I'd actually ordered. It's not gourmet pizza, but that's not what you expect from Pizza Hut. It's decent and cheap. I have no complaints.

I've had a passing relationship with Pizza Hut over the years, occasionally ordering from them and enjoying the pizza when I've had it at parties and such. But this store... This store has guaranteed that I will never spend money with Pizza Hut again. If the company allows this store to carry its name, they're not terribly concerned with putting their best foot forward. I have lived within delivery distance of this store for a little over three years, and in those three years I have attempted to place several orders. Not one of those orders has ever reached my house - all for the same reason: minutes after placing an order, I receive a call stating that one or more of the items I've ordered is not available. I was hesitant to place an order with them this evening for this reason, but my girlfriend really wanted pizza (and isn't a fan of Domino's) so I went ahead and did it. And right on cue, not 5 minutes after clicking "submit" the store called to say they didn't have one of the items and tried to upsell something else. I told the employee that every time I place an order something isn't available and that I'd had enough, and to cancel my order completely - at which point I was hung up on. Do yourself a favor and don't attempt to order anything from this store. Chances are they won't have everything you've ordered, and the employees will treat you like crap no matter what.
