Papa Johns Pizza

This WAS my expiriance We had a party at a local facility with 25 children. I ordered 10 pizzas on Thursday for a Saturday delivery at 10:45am . Friday, I called and confirmed again that the pizza would be on time for Saturday and they told me no problem since we gave them advanced notice. On the day of the party, at 10:50am I called and they told me the pizzas are not ready and they will be there by 11:25am. That was not going to work since our party ended at 11:30. So, we were left with 25 children and 20 parents without anything to eat. SO MY QUESTION IS: HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WHEN I WAS TOLD ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD, NO WORRIES . WELL, THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID . TRUST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN YOU DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND YOUR LOCATION LOST MY TRUST. IF YOU ORDER IN ADVANCE EVEN GIVING THEM 2 DAYS THEY STILL DIDN'T DO IT . SO BE AWERE IF YOU ORDER .

Papa John's, what happened to your pizza's? You use to have such a mouth water juicy thick pizza. I ordered a med pepperoni today, even asked for and paid for extra sauce. This was one of the thinnest, driest pizza ever. Never have I had a Papa John's Pizza like this. Way below standards. I'll be sticking to Pizza Hut for now on.

I pre ordered pizza for a birthday party at Champion Kids and then re confirmed and paid the day before the birthday. NO SHOW. When I called they gave no reason why and said it would be 5-7 days to get my money back. HORRIBLE!! if you are having a birthday party at Champion Kids. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE WITHOUT FOOD FOR YOUR GUESTS

Don’t express it’s going to be ready for pickup in 20-25 minutes when ordering over the phone if it will be longer than that. Also don’t express when picking it up it will be another 15 minutes when really it will be 30. I work in customer service, don’t under promise customers. I’ve always loved papa John’s and there was at least 7 people working in this location. So something is not adding up communication wise.

This store manager is completely unresponsive when issues arise. They think if you ignore the customer the problem goes away. My issues are still unresolved. My next step is going to big corporate. I shouldn't have to spend all this time and energy when there is an issue with my order. Complete CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.
