El Patio 305 is conveniently situated on a busy corner and has free, available parking. My Venezuelan (forgot his name) server was courteous, attentive, and friendly. The food and coffee was delicious. I will definitely return, especially for the arepa. One of the best tasting arepas I've ever had. Seriously good.

Great Colombian food. Food was delicious and served quick. The staff was very kind and informative. Parking is at Church next to the restaurant. Ample parking at church. Try the Bandeja Paisa!!!! Muy Rico!!!!

We had fathers day here, it was great. Good appetizers, good food. I ordered there huge burgers, but i regret getting it honestly, it was good and all but no way of eating it without a fork and knife. I should of just went with a picada or a bandeja paisa, those I tasted from and were better.

I am a frequent client for this place. After a year and a half I never had any significant problem with them and the customer service is really great. I think that for the price that you are paying is adequate for the food quality, taste and customer service. Overall a great place to dine in or take out.

I live in Lehigh Acres and traveled to try this restaurant and it was very good! My server was Alex and he was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would definitely comeback.
