Dining at Chez Renee was a pleasure. Milford is quickly growing, and the amount of dining establishments is rapidly increasing as well. I'm so glad we decided to stop in and give Chez Renee a try (we for no good reason tend to always pass this gem by but not now).
We were seated immediately. The wait for table service was not unreasonable given it's a small establishment with a small staff. The waitress' recommendations were excellent. The food was amazing, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. We left dinner and decided to visit the bar next door. Once again was not disappointed and pleasantly surprised. The drinks and drinks menu was good. The bar was tender by the server and owner. We had a lovely conversation with them both and an overall wonderful evening. Chez Renee is charming, has quality food and service, and is now definitely on our top list of restaurants to frequent. I wish I would have taken pictures to post.

Salmon was excellent, ratatouille was okay. Small eating area, table behind us was very loud, so difficult to hear at times. Recommend Rhone Syrah. Apricot crepe was good.

Chez Renee is THEEEEEE BEST place to get a hamburger. Service is so friendly and so are the owners.

Had a wonderful experience at chez Renee. The service, food and environment made for an unforgettable night. It was our first time here and we are already talking about how we want to come back and try more food. It was a cool night so we ate outside, our server was attentive, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Many wonderful food and drink choices. I preferred ranch on my salad and it was freshly made. Servings are generous and we brought quite a bit home. Good service and friendly staff.

Love this little gem in the heart of downtown Milford. We were planning on The Governor, but after looking at their unappealing menu, since I'm a picky eater, we walked by and saw this place instead. So glad we did and we will definitely be back, especially to try dinner, dessert, and wine! My husband had the goat cheese and honey burger and I had the Brie burger. Wagyu beef patties and oh so yummy! The French decor, music, and great service only added to the ambience! Love this place!

I popped in for cocktails. I love their bar. The atmosphere there is casual and everyone is always smiling, especially the bartender Sam. What a gem. I also enjoy their lighting, the entry way has a beautiful yellow section that's warm and calm then you flow into a blue section which is where the bar is and it is very energetic and you finally reach the end of the bar area that has red lights, where they sometimes have music playing, they have nice bistro tables, a long bench & bar stools,it's a very warm and inviting space.
