Plan B Burger Bar

I called ahead to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 3 minutes and then disconnected. I called back 3 times and the line stayed busy. Drove 59 miles to this location and our server Tia delivered great friendly service. Buffalo shrimp was great, coconut mojito was delish, I asked for an Arnold Palmer and only received lemonade! I traveled this far for the Beef Wellington bites and though they were delicious, they weren’t delivered hot, were more between lukewarm and almost cold. Just depended on which piece I selected. Overall the experience was enjoyable, but I would have given them 5 stars if I would have been able to get through when calling ahead to see if I needed a reservation and if my beef Wellington bites arrived immediately after they were prepared. Make this place your plan D. There are so many other food options in the area, don’t waste your $ here. I wanted to give a better review but nothing really made it worth more than 2 stars. The cauliflower app gave it 2 stars but that wasn’t even great. Not cooked thru and just drowning in chili sauce. Don’t let that TV screen w pics of gourmet burgers cycling thru at the hostess stand fool u. My burger resembled what a 6 yr old mite put together. Its pedestrian and def not worth the price. We came on a Monday afternoon, wasn’t busy and the bartender took our table. She was kind, took our orders, checked in after the app was delivered and that’s it. Our food got delivered, I asked for ‘some pink’ in the Baja burger. It was closer to well done with zero flavor. I don’t know what is ‘fancy’ about the fancy fries. They weren’t great either. How do you mess up fries? Our table’s bottle of ketchup was empty so I placed it laying down on its side at the edge of the table hoping our server/any server would notice it and replace it. To no avail so eventually my bf just went and took one from another table. We sat right across from the bar service station so there’s no way someone or at least the bartender could have acknowledged or check and see if we needed anything else. Our server/bartender never came to check on us until we were finished and asked if we were ready for dessert. Check please, thank you. I ate most of the burger bc I was so hungry. Very unsatisfying when you’re craving a nice juicy/greasy burger. Sure I could have flagged anyone down and complain but we’ve all seen the movie Waiting :P I never send food back to the kitchen.

We were a party of four. Went for lunch on a Friday. We all enjoyed our food. I personally got the chili burger. I asked if it was spicy and our waiter Jason said not really. He was right it was very good. Service was very good. We all agreed that we would return. Try it if you like burgers with something different.

Tom was absolutely amazing, I don’t usually do reviews but our experience was so fantastic because of Tom that I had to leave one! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and met all of our needs as guests. Not only did he bring us all of the ranch we could ever need, but he brought us some of his special sauces and they were delectable. He needs to bottle them up and sell them. I will definitely be back to the Milford location and be requesting Tom again. Thanks so much for making our girls night out much more fun.

I used to love coming to this location, not so much anymore. We came on a Saturday night for an early dinner with friends. The staff at the front didn’t greet us for 5 minutes despite there being maybe 3 tables full of patrons and were more interested in discussing what big tables they were dividing that evening. The floors inside were sticky, the bathrooms were disgusting and the food was horrible. Not to mention it being 5:30 and they didn’t have pasta which is a main staple on their menu. Won’t be coming back, highly disappointing and not worth the money

Visited today for first time. Most likely will avoid it the future. Slow service, appetizers came out cold. Some basic service issues... no silverware, lack of menus etc. Location is great, restaurant was clean and the staff, when available was nice. Food was average. There are a lot of spots along this main road, come here for a beer and the game, maybe think twice for dinner or food. There are better locations right near by.
